MISSION

As Sales Manager India, you own the full commercial cycle (from prospect to
close ) for IBA Dosimetry's portfolio of advanced radiotherapy and dosimetry
solutions. You'll build trusted partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and
research institutions while delivering on ambitious revenue and margin targets.
This is a strategic, high-autonomy role for a consultative seller who thrives at
the intersection of science and business.

CHALLENGES WE TRUST YOU WITH

What you'll own
Hit revenue and margin targets across recent and existing accounts in the Indian
market
Manage distributors, driving their performance and ensuring full alignment
with IBA Dosimetry's commercial and compliance standards.
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations up to C-suite level
Build and manage a network of channel partners and agents
Keep CRM accurate with pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer data
Partner with marketing, product management, and operations to ensure seamless
delivery
Represent IBA Dosimetry at congresses, trade shows, and key industry events




Monitor competitive landscape and feed market intelligence back to HQ
Ensure pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting compliance

WHAT WE VALUE
Based in the Delhi NCR region, with solid familiarity with the local
healthcare ecosystem
Solid background in radiation therapy (whether clinical, technical, or
commercial) giving you immediate credibility with oncology and medical
physics stakeholders
A proven closer in complex, high-value B2B sales ( ideally in medical
devices, nuclear medicine, radiopharmacy, or cyclotron technology)
Comfortable building relationships at all levels, from lab technicians to
hospital CEOs
Client-first mindset: you listen, qualify, and solve
Resilient and solutions-oriented under pressure; able to manage competing
priorities
Proactive learner who stays ahead of clinical, regulatory, and technical
developments
