Roles and Responsibilities :
Oversee concrete technology and waterproofing processes to ensure high-quality results.
Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection protocols for compliance with industry standards.
Plan and sequence construction activities to meet project timelines.
Prepare technical reports and contract documentation for successful project delivery.
Coordinate with teams to ensure RCC and structural steel construction projects are completed on time and within budget.
Ensure all construction activities adhere to safety regulations and quality control measures.

Job Requirements :
Experience in managing construction projects from start to finish, focusing on quality and efficiency.
Knowledge of concrete technology, waterproofing, and QA/QC procedures is desirable.
Familiarity with construction planning, sequencing, and technical reporting is preferred.
Understanding of RCC and structural steel construction principles is advantageous.
Ability to work effectively in a team setting and communicate complex ideas clearly.
Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.
