Relationship Manager
Manage and grow life insurance sales through the CAT (Corporate Agency Tied/Corporate Agency) Channel.
Build and maintain solid relationships with corporate agency partners.
Drive business growth by engaging with partner branches and sales teams.
Generate quality leads and identify current business prospects.
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective partner management and customer acquisition.
Conduct product presentations, training sessions, and regular partner visits.
Support partners in customer meetings and joint sales activities.
Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams for timely policy issuance.
Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.
Ensure excellent customer service and maintain policy persistency.
Follow IRDAI guidelines and company compliance policies.
Promote cross-selling and upselling of life insurance products based on customer requirements.





Key Responsibilities

Motivate and guide partner employees to achieve business targets.
Conduct regular market visits and business reviews.
Support customer acquisition and sales conversion activities.
Track daily sales performance and prepare reports.
Ensure smooth coordination between customers, partners, and internal teams.
Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
