Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a positive in-store experience.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with customers, team members, and leadership.
Candidates should possess Store Management skills to oversee operations, staffing, inventory, and merchandising.
Candidates should possess Retail Loss Prevention skills to minimize shrinkage and maintain compliance with store policies.
Relevant experience in retail store supervision or management, preferably in a high-volume workplace.
Ability to analyze sales data, set targets, and implement action plans to improve performance.
Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
Comfort with basic retail systems and point-of-sale (POS) tools; familiarity with reporting and inventory software is an advantage.
Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
Must have a qualification in M.Com or MBA.
Atleaset 2+ year of exp in retail sector
