Role Description This full-time Human Resource Executive role is an on-site position based in Jaipur.

The Human Resource

Executive is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Daily tasks include coordinating hiring activities, maintaining employee records, supporting performance management processes, and handling HR documentation and compliance. The role involves facilitating employee engagement initiatives, addressing HR-related queries, and supporting training and development programs.

Executive will collaborate closely with management and team leads to align HR practices with organizational goals and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Experience in HR operations such as onboarding, maintaining HR records, and handling HR documentation and compliance.

Ability to support performance management, employee engagement, and workplace culture initiatives.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to build trust across diverse teams.

Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices in a corporate or technology-driven workplace.

Proficiency with HR software, applicant tracking systems, and basic MS Office tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.

Prior experience in an HR executive or generalist role, preferably within IT or professional services organizations.

Ability to work on-site in Jaipur, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
