We are seeking a proactive and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders in driving talent strategy, workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, employer branding, and overall employee experience. The HRBP will act as the primary HR point of contact for the assigned business units, ensuring alignment between business goals and people strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and workforce requirements.

- Provide strategic HR guidance and support on people-related matters.

- Drive workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.

- Build strong relationships with leaders, managers, and employees.

- Develop sourcing strategies and talent pipelines.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure timely and quality hiring.

- Drive employee wellness, recognition, and cultural programs.

- Gather employee feedback and support action planning.

- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

- Support onboarding, employee development,



retention, and offboarding processes.

- Ensure a seamless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

- Partner with managers to enhance team performance and engagement.

- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.

- Experience in Talent Acquisition and HRBP responsibilities.

- Knowledge of Employee Engagement and Learning & Development practices.

Experience

- 7-12 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HRBP and Talent Acquisition roles.

- Experience working directly with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
