RIDEV is looking for a Hub Manager to lead day-to-day hub operations, ensure seamless execution, and drive operational excellence.

? Key Responsibilities

- Manage Profit & Loss (P&L;) for the hub
- Oversee daily Hub Operations & Activities
- Lead and mentor on-ground teams
- Build and maintain strong Client Relationships
- Coordinate with internal and external Stakeholders
- Drive operational efficiency through data and process improvements

? What We're Looking For

✔ Graduate in any discipline

✔ Robust analytical skills and good with numbers

✔ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

✔ Experience in Team Management and Operations

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Prior experience in the EV industry is preferred

? Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000/month

? Location: Jaipur
