Role Description The HSE Trainer for Process Safety and Training will design and deliver health, safety, and environment training programs tailored to industrial operations in the Kutch district and surrounding areas. This contract role involves preparing training materials, conducting classroom and on-site sessions, evaluating participant understanding, and updating training content to reflect current regulations, standards, and best practices. The trainer will support process safety initiatives by conducting risk assessments, safety audits, and toolbox talks, and by reinforcing safe work practices among employees and contractors.

The role is hybrid,



with regular presence required at client sites in the Kutch district and some work from home acceptable for planning, documentation, and virtual training sessions. The trainer will collaborate with client management and HSE teams to align training with organizational policies and compliance requirements.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and process safety knowledge, including practical experience with industrial HSE standards and practices.

Candidates should possess recognized HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or equivalent, with familiarity in applying these frameworks in training and field environments.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical safety concepts clearly to diverse audiences.

Candidates should possess Training and Safety Training experience, including designing curricula, delivering sessions, and assessing learning outcomes.

Relevant experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, preferably in process industries (e.g., chemical, petrochemical, oil & gas, heavy manufacturing), is beneficial.

A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred.

Strong documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to maintain training records and prepare safety reports and improvement recommendations.

Ability to work independently, travel within the Kutch district as required, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to hybrid work arrangements.
