WE ARE HIRING – HR & STATUTORY COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana | Work from Office

Experience: 8–12 Years

Qualification: Full-Time MBA/PGDM in HR | LL.B. Preferred

Industry: Hospitality / F&B; / Retail / Service

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete HR Operations and Employee Lifecycle.
- Handle PAN-India & Multi-State Labour Law Compliance – EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishments, Bonus, Gratuity & POSH.
- Manage South India state-specific compliance requirements.
- Handle Payroll coordination, attendance, LOP and F&F;.
- Draft HR policies, SOPs, disciplinary notices and employee documentation.
- Manage employee grievances, misconduct, absconding, domestic inquiries and exits.
- Support IFC, Secretarial/Statutory Audits and Compliance Reporting.
- Prepare HR MIS, compliance trackers and HR Risk & Compliance Dashboard.
- Coordinate with consultants, legal advisors,



government authorities and senior management.

Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Indian Labour Laws & Multi-State Compliance.
- Experience in HR Operations Statutory Compliance Employee Relations.
- Robust drafting, audit and documentation skills.
- greytHR / HRMS experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Candidates from Railways/Transit, Airline, Hospitality, QSR/F&B;, Facility Management or Retail preferred.
