Position: HR SAP Master Data

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: Bengaluru (4 days onsite/week)

Required Technical Skills

5-7 years of SAP HR / HCM experience with strong Master Data exposure.

Robust hands-on experience in HR Master Data Management (MDM).

Excellent understanding of employee and organizational master data.

Strong understanding of SAP HR organizational structures and master data processes.

Experience with employee data such as:

Personnel Information

Organizational Assignment

Personal Data

Address Data

Bank Details

Communication Information

Employment Information

Payroll-related Master Data

Time Management-related Master Data

Experience in data cleansing, validation, enrichment, reconciliation, and remediation.

Strong understanding of Master Data Governance and Data Quality principles.

Experience with SAP data migration and mass data maintenance.

Good understanding of SAP HCM / HR processes and integration.

Experience working with HR business stakeholders and data owners.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
