? Focus: High-Volume Sales Hiring Shri Ji Irrigation is looking for a high-performing, target-driven HR Recruiter – Talent Acquisition who can take ownership of recruitment and help us rapidly build a strong Sales Team.

This role is NOT just about posting jobs and scheduling interviews.

We need a recruiter who can consistently convert candidates into ACTUAL JOININGS.

? YOUR MISSION: SOURCE → INTERVIEW → SELECT → JOIN

? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle end-to-end recruitment independently
- Drive high-volume hiring for Sales Executive, Tele Sales, Inside Sales & Business Development roles
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Apna, referrals and other channels
- Proactively headhunt candidates instead of depending only on job applications
- Conduct candidate screening & initial interviews
- Maintain a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates
- Schedule interviews and ensure maximum interview attendance
- Follow up aggressively and professionally until joining
- Reduce interview no-shows and offer dropouts
- Maintain daily Recruitment MIS & Hiring Funnel
- Coordinate directly with management for manpower requirements
- Achieve weekly & monthly hiring/joining targets
- Improve Offer-to-Joining and Joining-to-Retention ratios

? WHO SHOULD APPLY?

✓ 2–4 years of hands-on recruitment experience

✓ Proven experience in High-Volume Hiring





✓ Strong experience in Sales / Tele Sales / Inside Sales recruitment

✓ Solid sourcing & headhunting skills

✓ Excellent candidate follow-up and negotiation skills

✓ Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously

✓ Comfortable working with recruitment KPIs & hiring targets

✓ Strong ownership and result-oriented approach

Candidates with previous experience in:

Recruitment Consultancy | Staffing Agency | BPO/Call Centre Hiring | High-Volume Sales Recruitment will be given preference.
