Description

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruitments professional to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates who are passionate about talent acquisition and want to kickstart their career in human resources.

Responsibilities

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and fit for the role.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.




- Assist in negotiating offers and closing candidates.
- Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations regarding hiring practices.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
