Role Description This is a full time, on-site HR Recruiter role based in Gurugram. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating further interview rounds with hiring managers.

The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for multiple clients, understanding job requirements, preparing and posting job descriptions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.



The HR Recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment records, support onboarding activities, and collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to meet hiring targets within defined timelines.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Ability to use job portals, skilled networks, and social media platforms effectively for talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Good organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple requisitions and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of basic HR practices, employment norms, and recruitment best practices.
- Comfort with MS Office tools and applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases.
- Relevant experience in recruitment or HR consulting; experience in a placement or staffing environment is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
