Edwin Incorporation is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for different departments and job roles.

Opportunities are available for both Work From Office and Work From Home candidates. However, all shortlisted candidates must attend an in-person interview as part of the selection process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
- Source candidates through Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, job portals, social media and references.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and candidate screening.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection and joining.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Post and manage job advertisements on different recruitment platforms.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.
- Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities and basic onboarding activities.
- Maintain regular recruitment reports and hiring status updates.
- Build a strong pipeline of suitable candidates for current and future vacancies.




- Follow up with selected candidates to reduce no-shows and joining dropouts.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR is mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening ability.
- Experience using job portals such as Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn or similar platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, email and CRM/HR software.
- Target-oriented and capable of closing positions within timelines.
- Candidates working from home must have a laptop/computer, stable internet connection and proper working environment.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with recruitment experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

Sales | Business Development | Telecalling | Digital Marketing | Content Writing | HR | Operations | IT | Customer Support | Office Staff

Work Options

Work From Office: Selected candidates may work from our Nehru Place, New Delhi office.

Work From Home: Remote opportunities may be offered depending on experience, performance, interview and management approval.
