Role Description This is a full-time hybrid HR Recruiter role based in the Greater Kolkata Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. The HR Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers. This role will maintain talent pipelines for various business functions, especially operations, technology, and e-commerce-focused roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.





The HR Recruiter will collaborate with leadership to understand workforce needs, draft job descriptions, and support employer branding initiatives across online platforms. Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment documentation, supporting onboarding activities, and contributing to HR process improvements that align with CoreCom AI’s growth objectives.

Qualifications

Experience in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination.

Strong skills in stakeholder management, collaboration with hiring managers, and maintaining effective communication across teams.

Ability to use recruitment tools and platforms (e.g., job boards, professional networks, ATS) and basic proficiency with MS Office or Google Workspace.

Knowledge of HR best practices, employment documentation, and structured interview techniques.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational ability.

Demonstrated capability to work in a quick-paced, data-driven environment, preferably within technology or e-commerce domains.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; professional HR certifications are a plus.
