About the Role

AVW Global Transports and Logistics LLP is looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Handle day-to-day HR operations, employee records, attendance, leave, and documentation.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage employee relations, grievances, and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate performance appraisal and employee development programs.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development initiatives.
- Work closely with management and department heads on HR-related matters.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and HR management tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain will be an added advantage.
