Job Responsibility :-

- Manage and control all manpower contractors and contract labour.
- Ensure contractor compliance with PF, ESIC, Labor Laws, Minimum Wages, Bonus, Gratuity and statutory requirements.
- Verify contractor documents, licences, agreements and manpower records.
- Monitor contractor attendance, deployment and manpower requirements.
- Coordinate monthly contractor billing, wage sheets and attendance verification.
- Ensure timely payment of wages to contract workers as per applicable norms.
- Maintain contractor-wise manpower and statutory compliance records.
- Conduct regular contractor audits and compliance inspections.
- Handle contractor worker grievances, disciplinary issues and disputes.
- Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and deployment.
- Ensure proper joining, induction, ID cards and exit formalities for contract workers.
- Liaise with Labour Department,



PF/ESIC authorities and other statutory agencies when required.
- Prepare MIS reports on contractor manpower, cost, attendance and compliance.
- Ensure workplace safety, PPE and company policies are followed by contract manpower.
- Identify compliance risks and take corrective actions with contractors.
- Lead and guide the HR team handling contractor management.

- Education :- MBA , BBA
- Experience :- Min 5 year
