Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and LinkedIn

Screen resumes and schedule interviews

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers

Maintain recruitment trackers and databases

Onboarding & HR Operations

Support pre-onboarding and onboarding activities

Assist in documentation and employee record management

Help in HRMS (KEKA) data entry and updates





Ensure employee files and records are maintained accurately

HR Projects & Policy Implementation

Assist in drafting and reviewing HR policies and SOPs

Support ongoing HR projects (onboarding framework, surveys, etc.)

Help in preparing HR reports and dashboards

Employee Engagement & HRBP Support

Coordinate engagement activities and events

Assist in employee communication and announcements

Support HRBP activities and grievance handling processes

Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to company policies

Assist in maintaining compliance records

Support audit-related documentation Skills & Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
