Job Summary:

NIIT is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns / Trainees Talent Acquisition to join our recruitment team in Gurugram.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition and gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate interactions and assess suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and daily reports.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Support offer, joining and onboarding-related activities.
- Assist the recruitment team with other HR-related activities as required.

Eligibility & Skills:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience can apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.




- Strong willingness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
- Ability to work from the office in Gurugram Sector 34.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.

Career Growth Opportunity The initial engagement will be for 6 months as an Intern/Trainee. Based on individual performance, skills, learning ability and business requirements, successful candidates may get an chance to have a conversation regarding a full-time employment opportunity with NIIT after completion of the internship/trainee period.
