Role Description The HR Intern role is a full time, on-site position based in Noida, with a working shift from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.

Responsibilities include helping with onboarding and documentation, updating employee records, and supporting the administration of HR policies and procedures. The HR Intern will assist in coordinating employee engagement activities, gathering feedback,



and providing basic support related to employee benefits queries. The role also involves preparing HR-related reports, maintaining HR files, and collaborating with the HR team to ensure smooth personnel management, with a stipend of 5,000.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.

Candidates should possess basic understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits.

Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and maintaining accurate employee records.

Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Ability to work full time in office in Noida, manage time effectively, and adapt to a structured shift (11:00 AM to 8:00 PM).

Proficiency in MS Office tools and comfort working with spreadsheets and documentation.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
