This role will provide hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, candidate engagement, and employer branding initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Screening

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and internal databases

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability

Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems Interview Coordination

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process

Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Maintain regular communication with shortlisted candidates Recruitment Operations

Post and manage job openings on job boards, career pages, and social networks

Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source of hire, pipeline status)

Assist in drafting job descriptions aligned with hiring requirements

Support onboarding documentation for selected candidates Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition

Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting

Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and resume databases

Basic knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems (preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and coordination abilities
