We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Head to lead the complete Human Resources function for a large-scale consumer electronics manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of HR experience, preferably with experience in LG Electronics or a similar multinational consumer electronics/manufacturing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business and organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll, training, and compliance.
- Drive manpower planning and talent acquisition for corporate, technical, and manufacturing functions.
- Manage employee engagement, retention, career development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Handle industrial relations, labour laws, statutory compliance, and employee grievances.
- Develop and implement performance management systems, HR policies, and organizational development programs.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll, and HR budgeting.
- Partner with senior management to support business expansion, workforce planning, and organizational transformation.
- Lead HR analytics and HRMS initiatives to improve HR processes and decision-making.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing HR team.




- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour regulations, safety standards, and corporate HR practices.

Requirements:

- Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MHRM, MSW (HR), or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in LG Electronics, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, FMCG, or large-scale Manufacturing.
- Experience in a senior HR leadership/HR Business Partner role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations, Labour Laws, Statutory Compliance, Talent Management, Performance Management, and HR Operations.
- Experience working with HRMS/ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
- Robust leadership, strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
