Position: HR Intern

Duration: 2- 3 Months

Stipend: ₹3,000 – ₹15,000/month (Performance Based)

Working Hours: 4 hours per day

Job Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment and candidate sourcing.

Screen resumes and coordinate interviews.

Communicate with candidates and maintain recruitment records.

Support onboarding and employee engagement activities.

Maintain HR documentation and records.

Assist in day-to-day HR operations.

Research HR trends and best practices.

Requirements

Students pursuing or recently completed MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.

Willingness to learn and develop HR skills.
