Role Overview We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment and people operations. This role will provide hands-on exposure to the complete hiring cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, and onboarding. The intern will work closely with the HR and hiring teams and will be expected to contribute towards 2–3 successful onboardings per month.

Key Responsibilities Source and shortlist candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other relevant channels.

Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interviews.

Follow up with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Support offer rollouts,



documentation, and onboarding activities.

Assist the HR team with day-to-day recruitment and employee engagement activities.

Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth coordination across the hiring process.

Work towards achieving 2–3 successful hires/onboardings per month. What We’re Looking For Pursuing or completed BBA, B.com, MBA (HR), or a related degree.

Mandatory prior recruitment/talent acquisition internship or work experience.

Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.

Robust communication, coordination, and organisational skills.

Ability to work towards 2–3 successful onboardings per month. What You’ll Gain Hands-on experience across the complete recruitment lifecycle.
