? The Opportunity As the HR Head – Jaipur, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the people agenda for one of Pinnacle’s key strategic locations.

You will be responsible for driving both strategic and operational HR excellence, enabling business growth through strong talent practices, leadership development, employee engagement, performance culture, and robust HR governance. ? Key Responsibilities

✅ HR Strategy & Leadership

Partner with business leaders on people strategy, organizational design, workforce planning, transformation, and leadership effectiveness.

✅ Talent Acquisition & Talent Management

Drive location-level hiring priorities while strengthening succession planning, career progression, and development of high-potential talent.

✅ Employee Engagement & Culture

Build a high-engagement, inclusive, accountable, and performance-driven workplace aligned with Pinnacle’s values.

✅ Performance Management

Strengthen goal setting, feedback, coaching, performance reviews, and development interventions to enable a high-performance culture.

✅ HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure seamless HR operations across payroll, HRIS, employee lifecycle processes, statutory compliance, audits, and applicable labour regulations.

✅ Employee Relations





Build a trust-driven work environment through proactive employee connect, grievance resolution, conflict management, and capability-development interventions.

✅ Retention & Attrition Management

Analyse attrition trends, identify root causes, implement targeted retention strategies, and ensure a professional and positive employee exit experience. ? Who Are We Looking For?

We would like to connect with HR leaders who bring:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification
- 15–20 years of progressive HR experience
- Minimum 10–12 years of senior HR leadership exposure
- Experience managing HR for large-scale and/or multi-location operations
- Strong understanding of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance
- Proven expertise in stakeholder management, employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making capabilities
- Working knowledge of HR platforms such as HROne, SAP, Oracle, or similar HRIS systems ? Why Pinnacle?
