We’re Hiring: HR Executive | Freshers–2 Years We are looking for someone who can own HR operations, not just follow them. Role includes:
- End-to-end recruitment
- Onboarding & documentation
- Attendance & employee records
- HR policies, SOPs & reporting
- Performance tracking
- Employee engagement
- Building strong HR processes Eligibility: MBA / PGDM / PGDMA HR, MHRM, MSW-HR, BBA-HR or equivalent.
Must Have: Exceptional communication, ownership, discipline, and strong follow-up.
Working Days: Monday–Saturday
Experience: Fresher–2 years Commitment: 2-year agreement as per company policy and applicable law. Strong performers may transition into a paid full time role based on performance.
