Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Executive to manage the complete HR operations of the company, including recruitment, employee management, payroll coordination, and employee engagement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring process

Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs

Maintain employee records and documentation

Handle salary processing and attendance coordination

Ensure smooth HR operations and policy implementation

Organize festival celebrations and employee engagement activities

Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment





Support management in general administrative

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or MBA IN HR

2–3 years of experience in HR or related role

Good communication and organizational skills

Basic knowledge about tracking system like KRA&KPI; and HR processes

Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills

Professional and supportive work environment

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
