Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive who can manage end-to-end recruitment along with general HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and comfortable multitasking in a quick-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
- Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline and talent pool for ongoing requirements
- Track and manage recruitment dashboards, reports, and hiring metrics
- Work on HRMS for employee data management, onboarding, and HR operations
- Support onboarding, documentation, and employee engagement activities
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience

Required Skills:





- Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and job portals
- Working knowledge of HRMS systems (must-have)
- Ability to manage pipelines, dashboards, and reporting
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple roles simultaneously
- Eagerness to learn and grow

Eligibility:

- 2 3 years of relevant HR experience

- Based in Pune

- Immediate joiners preferred
