Job Details :

Position: HR Executive

Work Mode: Work From Home

Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Key Responsibilities :

- Recruit and onboard Sales Executives and HR Executives.
- Conduct telephonic screening and candidate follow-ups.
- Explain job opportunities and onboarding procedures to prospective candidates.
- Coordinate with applicants throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Support workforce expansion and team-building initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria :

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable interacting with candidates over phone calls.
- Smartphone or Laptop with a stable internet connection.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented mindset.




- Prior experience in HR, Recruitment, Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, Customer Support, or related fields is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are also encouraged to apply.

- Complete onboarding and recruitment training provided.
- CRM and process training included.
- Continuous guidance and support from experienced team leaders.
- Prospect to develop recruitment, communication, and leadership skills.
