Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and build a strong talent pipeline for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
- Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Negotiate salaries and coordinate offer rollouts.
- Manage joining formalities and ensure successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Track recruitment metrics such as open positions,



interview status, offers, and joining ratios.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
- Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong negotiation and candidate management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven workplace.

Compensation

Salary: As per experience and industry standards.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
