Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Source, screen, and schedule interviews for candidates.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance, and leave management.
- Coordinate employee induction and exit formalities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.




- Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
- Handle HR-related queries and provide employee support.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data.
- Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements.
