Human Resources (HR) Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment, interviews, and employee onboarding.

- Maintain employee records, attendance, and personnel files.

- Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, relieving letters and other HR documents.

- Coordinate employee training and skill development programs.

- Handle leave management and attendance monitoring.

- Support payroll processing by maintaining attendance and leave data.

- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.

- Organize employee engagement & motivational activities.

Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.

- Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify hazards.

- Prepare and update risk assessments (HIRA/JSA).

- Organize safety training and environmental awareness training programs.





- Conduct mock drills and emergency preparedness activities.

- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and implement corrective actions.

- Monitor the use of PPE and ensure compliance.

- Maintain fire safety equipment and coordinate periodic inspections.

- Manage waste disposal and environmental compliance.

- Monitor air, water, and noise pollution as required.

- Maintain EHS records, legal registers, and compliance documentation.

- Coordinate internal and external EHS audits.

- Lead safety committee meetings and prepare meeting minutes.

- Promote safety awareness through campaigns, posters, and awareness programs.

- Ensure contractors and visitors follow safety procedures.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
