Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations &

- Employee Lifecycle

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)

- Ensure smooth induction and employee documentation processes

- Maintain accurate HR records and employee data (HRMS)

- Handle employee queries and provide HR support

Employee

Engagement &

- Culture

- Design and drive employee engagement initiatives

- Conduct surveys (e.g., engagement, pulse checks) and action plans

- Implement wellness and recognition programs

- Promote a positive and inclusive work culture

3.

Performance

Management

- Drive performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes

- Work with managers on performance improvement plans (PIPs)

- Enable continuous feedback culture across teams

4.

Policy

Development &

- Implementation

- Develop, review, and update HR policies in line with business needs

- Ensure communication and adherence to policies

- Drive HR governance and best practices

5. Compliance &

- Statutory Management

- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies

- Manage audits and compliance reporting

- Liaise with legal and external agencies when required

6. Learning &

- Development (L&D;)





- Identify training needs and execute L&D; programs

- Coordinate internal/external training sessions

- Support leadership development initiatives

7.

Employee

Relations

- Address employee grievances and disciplinary matters

- Provide counseling and conflict resolution support

- Promote healthy manager-employee relationships

8. HR Analytics &

- Reporting

- Track HR metrics (attrition, engagement, absenteeism)

- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership

- Prepare regular HR dashboards and report

Qualification &

- Skills

Education

- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field

- Any Graduate with a relevant exp

Experience

- 5-10 years of HR Generalist / HR Operations experience

- Strong exposure to non-recruitment HR functions

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution ability

- Robust organizational and analytical skills

- Experience with HRMS tools
