Job Purpose: Drive HR data analytics, dashboarding, process automation, and workforce reporting to enable data-driven decision making, improve reporting efficiency, and support HR operations across EMEU.

Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and automate HR dashboards covering headcount, attrition, recruitment, diversity, learning, compensation, and other people metrics. Design and manage HR automation solutions using Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Forms, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 tools. Build and maintain data models, SQL queries, reports, and Power BI visualizations for HR and leadership teams.

Manage HR MIS, workforce databases, organizational data structures, and periodic reporting. Own monthly people cost, manpower planning, budgeting,



and reconciliation reports in collaboration with HR and Finance teams. Support HR digital transformation initiatives, AI use cases, and workflow optimization projects.

Ensure data accuracy, governance, validation controls, and reporting compliance across HR systems.

Educational Qualifications: Engineering, Computer Science, or related degree.

0-5 years of experience in Analytics, MIS, BI, HR Analytics, or Automation.

Solid hands-on expertise in: Power BI

SQL

Advanced Excel

Power Automate, Copilot Studio and GenAI tools SharePoint & Microsoft 365 ecosystem
