Moolchand Mill Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Housekeeping Supervisor Head to oversee housekeeping operations across retail stores. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, managing housekeeping materials, supervising store housekeeping activities, training staff, and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage housekeeping operations across all assigned retail stores.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace presentation.
- Manage housekeeping materials, consumables, and equipment efficiently.
- Maintain proper inventory, stock records, and timely replenishment of housekeeping supplies.
- Conduct regular visits to all stores to monitor housekeeping quality and operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper floor maintenance, seating arrangements, and cleanliness of customer and staff areas.
- Train housekeeping employees on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company SOPs.
- Ensure all housekeeping staff follow safety precautions and use cleaning chemicals and equipment correctly.
- Monitor staff attendance, performance, grooming, and discipline.
- Coordinate with store managers and other departments to resolve housekeeping-related issues.




- Conduct routine inspections and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Support internal audits and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Optimize housekeeping material usage to minimize wastage and control costs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly housekeeping reports for management.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of housekeeping materials, chemicals, and cleaning equipment.

- Ability to manage multiple retail locations.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
- Solid planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in housekeeping supervision, preferably in the retail industry.
- Willingness to travel for regular store visits.
- Ability to handle teams, maintain operational standards, and work independently.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
