HOUSE KEEPING SUPERVISOR
Requirements: 3 -4 years’ experience as a House Keeping Supervisor, must be efficient and able to maintain cleaning equipment etc. Should have good communication skills.
· MS office and basic Computer skills
· Train housekeepers on cleaning and maintenance tasks
· Oversee staff on a daily basis
· Check common areas, including stairways and lounge areas, for cleanliness
· Schedule shifts and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
· Motivate team members and resolve any issues that occur on the job
· Respond to customer complaints and special requests
· Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
· Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
· Excellent organizational and team management skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹103,832.93 - ₹354,125.25 per year
