Job Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and assigned areas.
- Make beds, change bed sheets, towels, and other linen.
- Replenish toiletries, drinking water, and room supplies.
- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum rooms and common areas.
- Collect and deliver laundry and linen as required.
- Report damaged items, maintenance issues, or lost property to the supervisor.
- Ensure guest rooms are properly prepared before check-in.
- Assist guests with basic requests when required.
- Follow hotel cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Support the housekeeping team with daily cleaning tasks.
Requirements:
- Hardworking, polite, and responsible.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
- Previous hotel/housekeeping experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts.
