Role Description This full time, on-site Housekeeping Executive role is based at Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur.

The Housekeeping

Executive is responsible for overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including room cleanliness, public area maintenance, linen and laundry coordination, and adherence to brand standards. The role involves assigning tasks to housekeeping staff, monitoring performance, and ensuring that rooms and facilities are prepared to a high standard before guest arrival.

Executive supports training and development of team members, manages inventory of cleaning supplies and linen, and collaborates with front office and maintenance teams to address guest requests and resolve issues promptly.



Maintaining clear communication with staff and management, and consistently upholding safety, hygiene, and quality protocols are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Organization Skills and attention to detail to manage rooms, public areas, and housekeeping schedules effectively.
- Candidates should possess Laundry management skills, including oversight of linen handling, cleaning processes, and quality control.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests and coordinate with internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Training abilities to guide, coach, and support housekeeping staff in maintaining standards and procedures.
- Relevant experience in housekeeping or hospitality operations in a hotel or similar environment is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of cleaning practices, safety and hygiene standards, and basic inventory control is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
- A diploma or certification in hotel management or hospitality, or equivalent experience, will be an advantage.
