About the Role The Growing Graph is looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and hardworking Housekeeping & Property Support Staff member who can stay at the provided premises and take care of the cleanliness, hygiene, and basic day-to-day upkeep of The Growing Graph office/premises and our Airbnb properties.

This is a live-in position, where accommodation will be provided by the company.

The primary responsibility is to ensure that the office, rooms, common areas, bathrooms, kitchen, and Airbnb properties remain clean, organized, hygienic, and guest-ready.

Key Responsibilities1. Cleaning & Housekeeping

- Daily cleaning of rooms, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, and common areas.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning.
- Cleaning and maintaining furniture, fixtures, windows, and other surfaces.
- Regular cleaning and sanitization of bathrooms.
- Maintaining overall hygiene of the premises.
- Ensuring rooms are clean and properly arranged.

1. Airbnb Property Management Support

- Preparing Airbnb rooms/properties before guest check-in.
- Cleaning rooms immediately after guest check-out.
- Changing bedsheets, pillow covers, towels, and other linens.
- Checking that rooms are properly arranged for incoming guests.
- Reporting any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues.
- Maintaining cleanliness standards expected by guests.
- Helping ensure the property is always guest-ready.

1. Kitchen & Tea/Coffee Support

- Preparing tea and coffee for the team when required.
- Basic kitchen cleaning and organization.
- Washing utensils and maintaining kitchen hygiene.
- Keeping kitchen supplies organized.
- Ensuring drinking water and basic kitchen requirements are available.

1. Laundry & Linen Management

- Washing and drying regular clothes/linen as required.
- Maintaining bedsheets, towels, pillow covers, and other property linen.
- Folding and properly storing clean linen.
- Keeping sufficient clean linen ready for Airbnb guests.

1. Daily Property Upkeep

- Checking the premises regularly for cleanliness.
- Keeping rooms and common areas organized.




- Informing management about repairs, leaks, electrical issues, plumbing problems, or damaged items.
- Ensuring lights, fans, ACs, taps, and other basic facilities are switched off when not required.
- Helping maintain the overall condition of the property.

Live-In Responsibilities As this is a live-in position, the employee will be provided accommodation at the designated premises.

The employee is expected to:

- Maintain cleanliness of the provided accommodation.
- Follow property rules and maintain discipline.
- Respect company property and belongings.
- Maintain appropriate conduct with team members, guests, and visitors.
- Keep personal and work areas clean and organized.
- Immediately report any security, maintenance, or safety concern.

Guest Interaction The employee may occasionally interact with Airbnb guests.

They are expected to

- Greet and assist guests politely when required.
- Maintain professional and respectful behavior.
- Avoid unnecessary interference with guests.
- Respect guest privacy.
- Immediately communicate guest complaints or urgent issues to management.
- Never make unauthorized commitments or arrangements with guests.

Required Qualities We are looking for someone who is:

- Comfortable with a live-in arrangement.
- Respectful towards guests and team members.
- Able to work independently.
- Willing to learn basic housekeeping procedures.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality and privacy.

Previous housekeeping, hotel, guest house, Airbnb, domestic help, or property management experience will be an advantage but is not mandatory. Code of Conduct The employee must maintain a high standard of discipline and professionalism.

Strictly Prohibited

- Theft or misuse of company/property belongings.
- Misuse of guest belongings.
- Sharing guest information or personal details.
- Unauthorized entry into guest rooms while occupied.




- Alcohol or illegal substances on the property.
- Fighting, abusive behavior, or disruptive activities.
- Bringing unauthorized guests to the premises.
- Using company/property resources for personal purposes without permission.
- Taking photographs/videos of guests or private areas without authorization.

Any serious violation may result in immediate disciplinary action or termination. Accommodation & Food The company will provide:
- On-site accommodation
- Food/meals as per company arrangement

The employee is expected to maintain the accommodation provided to them and use company facilities responsibly. Any intentional damage to company-provided property may be recovered as per company policy.

Working Expectations The housekeeping staff will be expected to maintain a regular daily routine based on:

- Office requirements
- Airbnb check-ins/check-outs
- Guest requirements
- Cleaning schedules
- Property maintenance needs

The exact daily schedule may vary depending on Airbnb bookings and operational requirements. Reporting The employee will report to the Administration / Operations Team / Management.

All important issues relating to:

- Property damage
- Guest complaints
- Maintenance
- Security
- Missing items
- Cleaning requirements

must be reported promptly.
