Key Responsibilities

- Team Management: Overseeing the daily activities of the housekeeping staff, organizing schedules, and managing absences.

- Hygiene and Safety: Ensuring that all areas of the hospital meet stringent cleaning standards and that all protocols for infection control and waste management are followed.

- Resource Management: Managing and issuing necessary equipment and supplies to the team.

- Performance Management: Conducting performance evaluations, providing feedback, and recommending promotions or training for staff.

- Liaison and Communication: Communicating effectively with nursing and clinical staff, as well as other departments, to ensure a seamless and efficient service.

- Staff Training: Participating in the recruitment process and providing training and development for current and existing housekeeping staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
