Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry (Luxury Resort/Hotel preferred)

About the Role

Rantambhore Rajbagh is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead all aspects of resort operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong background in luxury hospitality, exceptional guest service, team management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort.

Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and maintain high service standards.

Lead, mentor, and develop department heads and staff.

Drive revenue growth while managing budgets and profitability.

Monitor operational efficiency and implement best practices.

Ensure compliance with hospitality regulations, health & safety standards, and company policies.

Develop and execute sales, marketing, and guest engagement strategies.

Maintain strong relationships with guests, travel partners, vendors, and stakeholders.

Prepare operational reports and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).





Foster a positive work culture focused on teamwork, excellence, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).

Minimum 5 years of experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role in the hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of hotel/resort operations, budgeting, revenue management, and guest relations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and achieve business goals.

Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS) and hospitality technology.
