Role Description The Hospitality Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for delivering a welcoming, patient-first experience across hospital facilities. The role involves greeting and guiding patients and visitors, coordinating waiting areas, and ensuring that service standards are consistently met in reception and patient interaction zones.

The Hospitality

Specialist will support food and beverage service in patient and guest areas as needed, helping maintain cleanliness, comfort, and a professional atmosphere.



Day-to-day tasks include managing inquiries, resolving service-related concerns, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and ensuring that hospitality processes align with the organization’s commitment to clinical and service excellence. The role also requires careful documentation of service interactions, adherence to safety and quality protocols, and proactive support for continuous improvement in patient and family experience.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Hospitality skills, with a clear focus on patient and guest satisfaction.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal interaction and active listening in a healthcare setting.

Candidates should possess Food & Beverage and Hospitality Service skills to support high-quality service delivery in patient and visitor areas.

Candidates should possess basic computer literacy and the ability to work with digital tools used in hospital operations.

Previous experience in hospitals, hotels, or service-oriented environments is preferred.

A diploma or degree in hospitality management, hospital administration, or a related field is an advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds.
