Role Description:

- The Hospital Administration and Financial Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in Akola.
- This role involves managing day-to-day hospital operations related to patient admissions, scheduling, and coordination between clinical and administrative teams.
- The counselor will guide patients and families through treatment costs, payment plans, other queries, and financial counseling in a clear and compassionate manner.
- Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, supporting billing processes,



and improving patient service standards.
- The role also requires active communication with patients, medical staff, and external stakeholders to provide a smooth and reassuring experience throughout the fertility treatment journey.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Hospital Operations and Hospital Management to oversee administrative processes and support efficient patient flow.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to counsel patients effectively and handle sensitive financial and personal discussions.
- Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Medicine or clinical workflows to coordinate smoothly with doctors and nursing staff.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Commerce, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in healthcare administration, medical billing, or financial counseling in a hospital or clinic setting is advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic accounting or billing software, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information are beneficial.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced clinical setting, with empathy for patients undergoing fertility treatments, is strongly preferred.
