We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Expert to develop and execute engaging social media strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate should have experience managing multiple social media platforms, creating compelling content, and analyzing campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement social media marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Design eye-catching graphics, videos, reels, and stories to enhance brand visibility.
- Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to maintain consistent brand messaging.




- Generate qualified leads through organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Optimize content based on engagement metrics and audience insights.

Required Skills

- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation.
- Robust knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and X (Twitter).
- Experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Video editing experience for short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and scheduling tools.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in social media marketing.
- Experience with SEO, email marketing, and Google Analytics is an advantage.
