Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, evaluating, and shortlisting candidates across multiple departments.
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking tools, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Maintain strong communication with applicants throughout the hiring journey, ensuring clarity, transparency, and a positive experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements, define role expectations, and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and documentation to ensure efficient hiring operations.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, offer discussions, and onboarding processes.
- Build and strengthen Maayasthra by representing the organisation’s culture, values, and growth opportunities professionally.

Key Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Talent Acquisition, preferably in creative, technology, or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate evaluation techniques.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to assess both technical competencies and cultural fit.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining hiring quality and timelines.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership, and perform effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Self-driven, empathetic, and people-focused, with a passion for building strong, collaborative, and high-performing teams.

Additional Skills

- Experience hiring for creative, marketing, project management, technology, design, or agency-related roles is an added advantage.
- Experience using job portals such as LinkedIn, Internshala, and other talent sourcing platforms.
- Knowledge of shortlisting applicants, recruitment tools, and hiring workflows.
- Strong internal team management and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of Maayasthra’s culture, values, and candidate experience best practices.
- Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems proactively, and manage changing priorities.
