About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, product launches, activations, dealer meets, and employee engagement programs.

Lead complete event lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to execution and project closure.

Manage client relationships, vendor negotiations, production, logistics, and on-ground operations.

Control project budgets, ensure profitability, and maintain quality standards.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, freelancers,



and vendors for seamless execution.

Prepare event reports, documentation, and ensure SOP, safety, and compliance adherence. Requirements

3–6 years of corporate event management experience

Agency experience is mandatory

Expertise in client servicing, vendor management, budgeting & production coordination

Strong leadership, communication, negotiation & project management skills

Ability to manage multiple events independently under tight deadlines

Willingness to travel across India and work during weekends/event schedules Benefits
