Hiring: Senior OBIEE Developer – Oracle BI

Haparz is looking for an experienced Senior OBIEE Developer to work on enterprise Oracle BI and analytics solutions, with strong hands-on expertise across OBIEE/OAS/OAC, ODI, Oracle Database, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and maintain enterprise OBIEE/OAS/OAC reports, dashboards, analyses, and BI solutions.
- Design and maintain RPD models across physical, logical, and presentation layers.
- Develop complex PL/SQL queries, procedures, packages, and database objects supporting BI requirements.
- Build and maintain ODI ETL workflows for enterprise data integration.
- Work with Oracle APEX for data-driven applications and business solutions.
- Perform data modeling, SQL optimization, and BI performance tuning.
- Troubleshoot reporting, RPD, ODI, database, and production issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, developers, and stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions.
- Support CI/CD and deployment activities across BI environments.




- Participate in Agile/SAFe ceremonies and contribute to technical discussions and code reviews.
- Mentor junior and mid-level developers and promote BI development best practices.

What We’re Looking For

- 7 years of experience in OBIEE / Oracle BI development.
- Robust hands-on experience with OBIEE/OAS/OAC, ODI, Oracle DB, PL/SQL, and Oracle APEX.
- Strong understanding of RPD development, data modeling, ETL, and performance tuning.
- Experience with CI/CD, AWS/Azure, and enterprise BI environments.
- Power BI/Tableau exposure is an advantage.
- MongoDB is good to have.
- Kafka/Streaming experience is nice to have.
- Experience with Agile/SAFe delivery is preferred.
