BU (Business Unit) Details: GTOI

Global Technology and Operations Infrastructure (GTOI) is a core business unit within Broadridge, responsible for enabling the organization’s technology foundation and operational excellence. It supports the delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure solutions that power critical business services. GTOI plays a vital role in driving innovation, efficiency, and seamless operations across the enterprise.

Broadridge is seeking a tenacious & proactive Scrum Master to join our growing India team that works closely with our global Implementations Squad to help control our strategic SaaS Corporate Actions & Income Processing implementation projects across Asia, Europe & the Americas. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Backlog Development & Grooming – working with the Implementation Managers to build a groomed backlog of work across our projects and internal activities.




- Sprint Planning – ensure each sprint is cleanly planned and documented in advance of its start and that resources are assigned appropriately to the priority of tasks required.
- Sprint Management – leading the squad’s scrum calls to ensure JIRA is always reflecting the reality of work down and work remaining. This also requires:
- Prompt escalation of issues or priority decisions
- Ensuring our SLE targets for triage are being met
- Producing the metrics and sprint report, including an email with insightful analysis of the closing sprint & the current one starting.
- Guardian of JIRA Standards – ensuring adherence to any CAIP or NextGen rules and liaising with central bodies where we need changes or have reason not to follow their direction.
- Driving Improvements – continually improving our capabilities & standardisation w.r.t. planning, tracking & reporting on the implementation Squad’s work and helping to improve the squad’s velocity.
- Maintaining Sprint Documentation – primarily the sprint planning sheet, and as part of that to track any unexpected time off that occurs.

Requirements / Qualifications

- Overall 9-12 years of experience, 3 yrs experience as a conversions/implementation project manager or scrum master.
- 3 years experience of working in an agile environment with JIRA.
- Excellent JIRA & Confluence skills, able to configure projects & boards and write advanced JQL




- Excellent Power Query or Power BI skills, able to build dynamic reports from JIRA data.
- Skilled in AI, able to use LLM and agentic tools to augment the team, reduce effort and improve quality of JIRA cleanliness and reporting.
- Demonstratable critical thinking and of proactively driving successful conclusions.
- Able to build good working relationships with stakeholders and peers whilst being robust enough to implement change where required.
- Experience of large scale projects and solid understanding of the full project lifecycle and Governance.
- Excellent attention to detail to enable accurate reporting.
- Ability to handle multiple work streams and assignments simultaneously.
- Ability to understand and challenge the detail.

Data analysis in Excel, along with reporting skills with PowerBI and/or PowerQuery

Nice to have:

- Asset Servicing platforms (either in-house or vendor solutions) in a Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or other financial environment.
- Subject matter expertise in Asset Servicing including Dividends, Coupons, Tax and Corporate Actions (Mandatory & Elective) announcements and processing.
- An understanding of the Asset Servicing lifecycle and components including:
- Event capture (multi-source)
- Data quality / data cleansing
- Position and Transaction types
- Entitlement processing including trade generation and resulting ledgers
- Integration with US Market Participants (eg BoNY and DTCC)
- Product knowledge covering Equities and Fixed Income
- Previous experience at Broadridge or with Broadridge products such as Astrid, BPS, Impact, IPE/Gloss or ICS’ Notifications.
