Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Integration Consultant with 10 to 18 years of expertise to lead the design, development, and deployment of robust integration solutions across the SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Business Technology Platform (BTP) landscape. This pivotal role involves architecting seamless data exchanges between diverse SAP ecosystems, such as S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba, alongside non-SAP third-party applications via REST and SOAP APIs. The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence by managing complex data transformations, ensuring high performance, and maintaining rigorous security standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable enterprise integration strategies across PAN India.

Responsibilities

- Architect and implement end-to-end integration flows (iFlows) utilizing SAP CPI and the broader Integration Suite.

- Facilitate seamless connectivity between SAP environments (including S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and Ariba) and external non-SAP systems.

- Execute technical configurations for various adapters, including SFTP, HTTP, SOAP, OData, and specific connectors for SuccessFactors and Ariba.

- Perform advanced data transformation tasks using Message Mapping, XSLT, and Groovy scripting to ensure data integrity.

- Manage the full lifecycle of integrations, including robust error handling, system monitoring, and comprehensive logging.

- Optimize integration performance and enforce security protocols across all data exchange points.





- Collaborate closely with functional and technical stakeholders to define requirements and drive solution delivery.

- Provide ongoing support, troubleshoot production issues, and implement enhancements to existing integration landscapes.

- Leverage API Management and Event Mesh capabilities within the BTP ecosystem where applicable.

Requirements

- Core Expertise: Proven hands-on experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Integration), including proficiency in APIM, Integration Advisor, Open Connectors, Event Mesh, and SAP CIG.

- Platform Knowledge: Robust grasp of the SAP BTP Integration Suite architecture and capabilities.

- Data & Protocols: Proficiency in XML, JSON, XSD, REST, SOAP APIs, and OData services.

- Scripting & Mapping: Advanced skills in Message Mapping, XSLT, and Groovy scripting for custom logic.

- Integration Patterns: Deep understanding of synchronous and asynchronous processing models, including exception handling and subprocess management.

- SAP Ecosystem: Extensive experience integrating with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, and ECC, along with familiarity with IDocs, RFC, and proxy-based integrations.

- Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience with SAP PI/PO, exposure to CI/CD pipelines (Git, Jenkins), and knowledge of security frameworks such as OAuth, SAML, and certificate management.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities, coupled with strong communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
