Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Respond to customer queries via phone, WhatsApp, and email in a clear, friendly, and professional manner.
Provide detailed information about Klariti Learning's courses, offerings, and enrollment process.
Assist in generating leads through proactive communication and customer engagement
Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into enrollments.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate to improve customer acquisition strategies.

Requirements:




Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (both spoken and written).
Ability to handle multiple communication channels, including phone and WhatsApp.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive and extroverted personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first mindset.
